Shipping policy

MAKING TIME
Each set is hand-painted after payment is confirmed. Please allow 3–7 business days for your set to be made and packed before it ships. Detailed 3D or long stiletto sets may take a little longer; we'll let you know if so.

SHIPPING RATES
- Philippines: ₱165 standard shipping. FREE shipping on orders of ₱2,200 or more.
- International: ₱1,200 flat rate to supported countries (shown at checkout).

DELIVERY TIME
- Metro Manila: usually 1–3 business days after shipping.
- Rest of the Philippines: usually 3–7 business days after shipping.
- International: usually 7–21 business days after shipping. Any customs duties or taxes are paid by the customer.

You'll get an email with tracking details once your order ships.

ADDRESS AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your parcel is late, lost or damaged, message us on Instagram (@_eli.lano) or email pressdhandpickedbynic@gmail.com with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier.
