Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from PRESSD – Handpicked by Nic ("PRESSD", "we", "us") through pressdbynic.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. PRODUCTS
All sets are handmade and hand-painted. Small differences in color, pattern and placement of stones or charms are part of each piece and are not defects. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

2. ORDERS AND PRICING
Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if we can't make the design.

3. PAYMENT
For bank transfer, GCash and Maya orders, payment must be received within 24 hours of ordering or the order may be cancelled. Your set is made after payment is confirmed.

4. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
These are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

5. SAFE USE
Press-on nails and the included glue are for external cosmetic use only. Don't apply them to broken, irritated or infected nails or skin. Remove them gently and stop use if you notice irritation. Keep away from young children.

6. CUSTOM DESIGNS
Custom designs requested through Instagram are made to your description and reference photos. We may decline designs that copy protected artwork, logos or characters.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photos, designs and content on this site belong to PRESSD and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
